There are two bedrooms to sleep four people in total, both have large double beds, there is an extra single bed in the second room. One bedroom is en-suit, with a shower over the bath, The large living space/kitchen is fully fitted out, there is a wood burning stove with wood supplied, free-sat television, DVD player, free wi-fi, the kitchen/dining area has a large gas range, fridge and separate freezer, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a cot for babies in the main bedroom, please bring your baby’s own cot bedding.

Accessibility – The whole cottage is on the ground floor. There is one step between the kitchen and furthest bedroom. Parking is 20 yards away. There is one step on the outside path up to the front door with a wheelchair accessible slope on the other side.

The Stables and Dairy have a connecting door and can be rented together to make a large cottage with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the cost is the same as for one of the larger cottages. This facility is very popular when there are two families or generations sharing to allow them to be together while each enjoying their own space.

At the end of the courtyard there is a shed for visitors use.

The houses form a u-shape with a flint wall making up the fourth side, in the past this is where the horses were tended and the sheep were shorn in summer. It is now a lawn with out-door furniture.

The barns have their own drive and large car park with plenty of turning space.
